Tiling Question

Urgent: pls advise on porcelain tile adhesive

Hi,
My builder has used Nicobond Ultragrip on porcelain tiles on my bathroom walls. I'm told this is not the right adhesive for porcelain tiles.

Pls could you advise if this needs to be changed? Please advise me on the best adhesive or brand name to use?

To be honest I'm having lots of headaches with my builder.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Hilda

Good Morning Hilda
This is a hard one to answer.
Nicobond make many adhesives so for porcelain you need the correct one, it would have to be a power format that would need mixing Nicobond do not make a ready mixed adhesive for porcelain.
Personally we use this type for porcelain
