Installation of Vaillant EcoFIT 830 boiler

Hello. I've had a new Vaillant EcoFIT 830 boiler installed in my hallway, with new pipework, but I'm concerned it's not compliant with building controls and Vaillant's installation manual which could invalidate my warranty. 1. Condensate discharge pipe: The external pipe is copper, instead of PVC, which isn’t suitable for boiler condensate (according to Vaillant's instructions and BS 6798). It's bent towards the wall and also hasn't been lagged to prevent freezing. 2. Condensate outlet: This doesn’t actually discharge into the black waste pipe — it sits next to it. Vaillant says it should either terminate into an internal waste connection or, if external, discharge into a drain via a visible air break with a continuous fall of about 45 mm per metre. 3. Internal pipework: The new exposed pipework under the boiler hasn’t been lagged. Regulation 4.25 requires new exposed pipes in existing properties to be insulated, especially on or near an external wall. 4. Benchmark commissioning checklist: This was left at the property (I haven't moved in yet - my builder instructed the engineer), but was not completed. I did receive a digital copy from Vaillant but several of the sections have been marked as 'No' by the engineer, including confirmation that the manufacturer’s literature was explained and that the operation of the boiler was demonstrated and understood. My signature is also missing, which means the commissioning and handover weren’t properly completed. 5. The flue integrity check was marked ‘No’, which I believe should be ‘Yes’ on a new installation. 6. The condensate drain was marked ‘Yes’, but the use of copper pipe and lack of insulation don’t meet Vaillant’s or BS 6798 requirements. Am I right to be worried? Many thanks.
