Flat Roof to Pitched Roof

I have a 3 bed end terraced house, it is an LPS Skarne Construction property with a flat roof. If I was to add a pitched roof is it possible to have a loft hatch and usable storage space in the loft.

You’ll need building regulations approval, the pitch would have to be steep enough to provide adequate headroom. Most importantly you would need to check the walls and the foundation can support the new pitched roof, I would recommend getting a structural engineer in before doing any work to make sure.
