Bath plug is stuck down. Its twist knob type. The bath is fully tiled in and I cant get access.

I cant get the plug to pop up. Ive tried wd40 but it wont move. Can I drill out the plug and convert it to a pop up unit

Hi,
Try boiling water over plug for 20/30mins, then WD40 with plunger or suction cup.
If that fails to remove bath waste you will need access to underside of bath to replace waste with new.

If it is a 'pop-up' bath waste (you twist the overflow) that is on a wire and is likely broken.
It will need to be swapped out - something like the one you mentioned where you push the plug down and it pops up. Known as a 'click-clack'
