Is sealing pitched roof tiles *necessary *beneficial *worth the cost Are there any pitfalls, problems caused by having sealed roof tiles?

Just replace the tiles with tiles

Best option is to replace tiles as sealing them will not last it will only last for a short period of time best option is to replace just in case there is any broken tiles
