My neighbours want to put in 2 new windows but the distance between our bungalows is only 3’ 6”

Can they do this as it will affect my privacy and may devalue my bungalow. My bathroom and bedroom windows have been installed since the property was built in 1945 which overlooks their wall.

There are certain conditions that need to be met to install windows facing directly in to your property. They would need planning approval.
