You’ll need a towel rail also 800mm wide if you don’t want to be adjusting pipework

The width of the radiator isn't necessarily going to give a plumber a great deal of info. The size of the room and specific size of the radiator width/height/single or double. If we can be given all that info then we can size the radiator appropriately. If you type it up on Google you can collect all the info from there. Hope this helps.

Best to gain the BTU “British thermal unit which will give you a a size. Changing pipework is not a big deal! Get the right one to save over or under heating the room 👍

You can get any towel radiator you prefer but bare in mind pipework may need to be adjusted , factors to take into account are dependent on how exposed the pipes are , ideally some photos or a quick inspection is needed to give you a more accurate quote/advice

You will struggle getting a towel radiator to meet the existing pipe work you will need to do some pipe ajustments to fit a 800mm wife towel radiator in

Most towel rails will not be 800 wide you will have to alter pipe work to get to smaller dimension

Changing pipework isn't a problem. Look for a smaller towel on width but longer in height with the same BTU as the radiator you had in

While a wider towel rail can offer more space for drying towels, especially in larger bathrooms, a towel rail of the same width as your radiator will still provide adequate space for a few towels. You can choose any size of towel rail and just need piping to change that it’s not hard work.

You need to get the same width of 800mm if you can get one BUT sometimes it hard to find, high can be 1000 plus depending number of towels you want to dry and its a good idea to be connected on both electric and central heating if possible
