New bathroom window fitted with 8000 EA vents

Hello, The bathroom window vents don't look right being double vent size of what's needed and I complained to the company but they said they can put more plastic on top so that middle vent shows only. I wasn't happy and asked for replacement but they had gone quiet. What else can I do? Also they put in the kitchen 8000 on one window and 4000 in second it's too much again.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Just try hard to keep line of communication open with them if they are local to you maybe pop by .
Maybe look on line if they are a certified company you may be able to contact the association they are certified by .
You are entitled to half an hours legal advice from most solicitors ..... I hope you get resolved .
