Do I oil the windows before or after caulking around the frame?

Hey all! I’ve got bare wood window frames and fresh plaster around them. I want to fill the window frame with Toupret Fill‑Flex and finish the wood with Rubio oil. Should I oil the wood before or after doing the mastic? I’m worried oil will stop the mastic sticking. Thanks!

Oil first and let it cure fully before applying the mastic.
