I supplied the slabs got a builder to lay them. When the job was completed I notice 11 of the slabs had chips. Builder said they were chipped before he laid them but if I replace the slabs he will lift the chipped ones and relay the new ones. Who should pay for the replacement slabs the builder as he never informed me they were faulty?
