Damp Proofing

Damp on one side of bay window.

There is damp on one side of a bay window. Plaster is soft and' bubbling'. Dont think its rising damp.

Could be a few diffrent things, seal around the window frame, roof of the bay, pointing, guttering, roof above, without looking at the house it's really impossible to be 100% sure what the cause is.
