T&G Herringbone - Some pieces are longer than others

Hi I have just laid my crown line for a hallway and now looking to go off this to finish it off BUT some of the pieces aren’t fitting right & I’ve just realised some of the pieces in the crown line are 2mm longer/shorter than others?? This is making the next set run out as the gap is then too big & grows as it goes on. Anyone experienced this? Any ideas as to what I can do other than rip the crown line up? To be honest, it’s just off cuts going to the walls where I’m going to lay a trimmed edge on the main part of the hallway so I guess I could trim the width down a touch on some but there is a L shape that goes to the bathroom, that’s where it’s going to be a problem as the L expands.
