Wind noise in main bedroom

New build house now been in it 23 months and every time the wind hits a specific spot on the house it sounds like someone blowing over the top of an empty bottle loudly. To the point it wakens me and keeps me awake... Builder has apparently looked and seen nothing that could cause it. The noise at times is so loud you can hear it on the street. Doesn't seem to be fascias or felt. When I go into the roof space the noise can be heard slightly above the area where the window is located. I've attached picture from the roof space where the noise can be heard but not as loud as in the main bedroom. Any ideas what it could be or what sort of tradesman I need to get out to inspect. It's a hard one as the wind has to be blowing a certain direction.
