Power assist toilet

Having used a "power assist" toilet in New York, I was impressed by the toilet flush system. I wish to completely replace my current bidet toilet made in Turkey (Creavit) Please advise if the power assist toilet flush system is compatible for all toilets, and the retailers to purchase from? Would this be possible on bidet style toilets. I am desperate to replace my current toilet with a good flush system :)
