No cold water in toilets and sinks in bathrooms

Anonymous user 12/05/2025 - 11.43 AM

I have no cold water in my bathrooms neither at sink or toilet cisterns … fine in kitchen … can this be something I can sort easily ?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Sounds like it could the cold water storage tank is empty , this could caused by a seized ball cock

Do you have a cold water tank in the loft? Has it run dry, new float valve is needed.

Sounds like the ball value in the storage tank is seized in the closed position, get a local plumber to install a new one

Hi, your system built airlock in the pipe work, air log must be released/flush out. If the CWCS in the loft empty or dry, you won’t get any hot water to the kitchen tap.
