Is it normal to see light spots on felt aftet reroofing?

Had a reroof work done early this year with dry verge, dry ridge, new felt, batten, and tiles. As it is getting sunnier in April, light spots can be see on the felt. The interlocking tiles seem neat by the look from outside and doesnt shown any visible gaps. So is it normal to experience the phenomena?

roof tiles do not always lie 100% flat and can allow light through this will show up in the darkness of the loft area as long as the roof tiles are correctly fitted with the correct over lap there should not be any problem
