Concrete bonded asbestos roof removal

Hi I’m buying a house with a large concrete sectional garage with a damaged concrete bonded asbestos roof. I want this replaced before I move in. Do I need a specialist to do this? This stuff seems to be on so many garage roofs! Thank you

Yes. For asbestos you must find somebody with a special licence to remove the asbestos. Before you start just speak with the council and they will lead you and explain what you need to do.
