EDIT: as mentioned below, the manual doesn't match my setup. The two blue valves are on the same side of the filling loop and not presented as such in the manual. There is a link to pictures at the end, the answer I've received hasn't helped much, any other input?
I have an Ideal Logic Plus Combi 24 boiler. My pressure is really low nearing 0 and I need to repressurise. My issue is the manual and other descriptions online don't exactly match what I assume is my filling loop setup. There are two blue valves on one side and two black on the other side of the loop. All I've found in manuals and online tells me it should be two blue (one on each side) or something similar. I don't want to pull the wrong valves. It should be noted one of the blue valves seems to be "on" facing the counter clockwise position. Not done by me and not sure if this is an issue.
The two blue, one is behind on the right side of the pipe facing up, the 2nd is in front at the underside of the pipe facing left (counter clockwise) after the bend, the two black valves are in the same places on the pipe. The one in front is currently facing right (clockwise position) https://quickshare.samsungcloud.com/zZlQ8Scv1xPE
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
The filling loop has two Blue plastic levers, When they are in the off position they should be vertically aligned, When they are in the open position they will be horizontal, open one blue lever to the horizontal position and then slowly open the other blue plastic lever until you water starts flowing through into the boiler, Make sure you top the boiler pressure up to 1bar and then close both levers back to the vertical off positions.
Yes I can provide the answer to your question but it’s probably better to try and find the instructions in the manual the 2 blue values are for topping up the pressure the best way to know is to locate the mains pipe going into the boiler and open that one 1st and then open the other blue valve and watch until the pressure goes up on the gauge then you can turn them both off once the pressure is around 1bar that’s if the valves are working properly or alternatively you could have a external valve fitted on the pipework

Hello,
The front blue lever needs to be facing backwards and the front black lever needs to be facing forwards. If this does not work then also pull forward the
back blue lever. Just make sure you turn all the levers back to their original position. (use your photo before as a guide to how they originally positioned)
if none of this works then you can check if the handles are to fault by removing the screw and turning with a spanner/grips. these handles are prone to shearing.
This is one of the earlier Ideal Logic Models.
The filling method was changed to only have 2 blue levers (right side to the heating return, left side to allow water from the cold). The only black lever on the right hand side of the boiler is the return isolation
