Can i add spur single socket of Double Pole Cooker Control Unit with Single Socket and Power Indicator, 45 Amp? which I use for my electric double oven.

No . You can’t add any socket to a double pole cooker switch.

As long as addition to the circuit is fused down to comply with BS7671, then I don’t see a problem with this. Make sure you use a Fused Spur and, although not really good practice, this will be within regulation guidelines.
