This can be done by
Adding weatherstripping,caulking,Installing a door sweep,Adjusting the door

I would recommend contacting a window fitter to adjust the frame. In the meantime you can fill the void with expanding foam to remove the draft.

You could hire a handyman or mastic man to come and install a weather strip or if the gap is small enough , silicone will be efficient
