Cracks and gaps to left of entrance window

Cracks / gaps to entrance window - constant draft- Outside panel to worn and water is leaked from gutter and eroding wooden panel; Crack to front of house Which tradesperson should I seek ? How is this usually repaired ?

Firstly sort the leak in the gutter then you would change the wood to upvc as it doesn’t rot then you can inspect the crack and deal with accordingly (structural ties could be put in place) (not structural fill sand and paint)
