Dirty walls with pencil, how can I remove?

My daughter has drawed on the walls with coloured pencils and it doesn't clean iff eith sponge and water. What to do to cover it with paint as one coat of white didn't help????

Hi
Zinsser cover stain or Zinsser BIN products will cover all your crayon marks and stop them pushing back through.

used sandpaper to rub down first until it gone 80% than you can use paint on Zinsser or oil based undercoat for sealed

Use a product such as Zinsser Bin or Zinsser Cover stain, Apply to area, let dry and then finish with top coat.
