We are looking at changing our current stone fire surround and hearth that has a Clearview inset Woodburner. We want to keep the wood burner but was wanting to change to hearth from the current mat finish to a Polished Granit one and the back panel also to Polished Granite (advised that this would need to be in 3 sections as is the current stone one. Then fitting an Oak surround and the clearance from the would burner is correct with the instructions from the woodburner. is this possible and who do i need to get to do the job if the woodburner need to come out and then be reinstalled

Hello, having seen your advert, and this is something I specialize in. As a HETAS approved advanced engineer, ensuring compliance with local building regulations and HETAS regulations is my expertise. The clearance from the stove to any combustible material is 3 time the flue diameter in length. I’d be delighted to provide a free survey and quote if given the opportunity. Feel free to reach out and ask me to give you a call.
Thanks, Kieran.
