What is the copper piping that’s coming from my newly moved gas meter?

Anonymous user 01/03/2024 - 3.03 PM

I ain’t got a clue. I’m a retail analyst. So no idea. My builder moved my gas meter outside. There’s one pipe going down and copper piping going along the outside of my bungalow. What’s the copper piping for ?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Either to connecting to your appliances e.g. boiler cooker ect to supply gas or if he's moved your meter might be from your ecv (emergency cut off valve) to your gas meter if done that way should be a secondary ecv near your meter best way to check is trace the copper pipe from the meter and see where goes to

First thing I’d be doing is checking gas safe register
