Toilet Clog Past Toilet - Can a Snake Reach?
Anonymous user 17/03/2024 - 2.31 PM
2 weeks ago I had a plumber in to sort out a blocked toilet. The pipe exits out the toilet, makes a left for about a metre and is connected to another toilet but has this really tight junction that is cemented and can't be removed. The clog is most likely there. Is it possible for a snake to reach this point? To go through a toilet and make a sharp left for a metre? The last plumber that came caused a right mess and I'm wondering if it's possible to not need the mess again.

Hi
If the run is that tight you will struggle with a "quick fix " snake remedy. The soil pipe should be set up with access points on the bends. If this is not the case cutting in to the run would be the option and then clear the block.
Hard to be accurate without seeing the job.
