Roof lantern / Sky light with opening hinge to access flat roof from 2nd floor?

Is there a skylight or roof lantern that has a opening where by anyone can open where by a full grown adult can exit and access the roof for leaking issues etc My roof skylight size is 800 by 1800. Not sure what type of product I’m looking for?

Yes a hinged ,flat roof window is available ,it can also me manufactured to your spec ,and also to your required size , double or triple glazed ,
