What's the best way to insulate a reasonably good ceiling in an outhouse without removing that ceiling?

The best way to insulate ceiling without removing ceiling is to fix 50mm thickness timbers into existing rafters fit insulation between and then fix across aluminium bars where new plasterboard is going to be fitted.once when boards are fitted plaster coat can be done to smooth finish.Ready to be paint after 3-4 Days.
