fitting ceramic radiators in newly created room in loft which wall is best.

Which wall will provide the most efficient in terms of retained heat and cost. The rooms BTU is 1,598 and radiator is 1,000 w.

If all walls are insulated to the same thermal rating, then consider somewhere below a window as this will allow the convection of heat from the top of the radiator to circulate around the room. Warm air rises, so the cooler air from the window helps push it up and away to circulate around the room. Just one consideration for you. Other factors, like room layout and so, on will come in to play. Hope that helps.
