Boxing in around boiler

Please can you advise me on what to do about the job boxing in my boiler. I was not satisfied with the bottom part of the cupboard I contacted the tradesmen involved to fix it they said they would I have not heard any more from them dispite me keep messaging them they do not reply what can I do.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Unfortunately if you have already paid the contractor and he won't rectify this issue,
You will have to take out a small claims process in the county court.
And then you will have to have another tradesman it to do it right.
I always work on the premise that if you're not happy and we can't resolve the issue then it's all free.
Sorry you have had this issue but we are not all cowboys

If your concern is that the bottom of the unit is not closed in then this is likely due to the need for air circulation around the boiler. However if it just poor workmanship I would look for a suitable tradesman on MyBuilder that can offer you the assistance you need to get the problem resolved.
Post the job up with plenty of photos and you will find plenty of willing tradesmen. Alternatively you can invite local tradesmen after looking at their profiles.
