Will a leaking radiator cause a boiler to lose pressure?

My boiler pressure slowly goes down and having checked my radiators I found it dripping, literally 2-3 drops a day so not massively. Could this be the problem to why my pressure is going down?

The leak is only on one side and it's all rusted around it so should I just tighten the valve or is it time to replace the radiator (the other side has no rust whatsoever)

the only time your boiler will lose pressure is if there is a leak in the system so to answer your question yes a few drips will cause you to lose pressure.

hope this helps
