Smart Light Switch Brands?

I have looked at smart lighting e.g. lutron etc but thats very expensive I want to be able to set schedules on my phone and control the house lighting from my phone. Im rebuilding my house I dont want smart bulbs, id rather have a smart light switch which has a decent app to operate. I dont want it to be operated by WIFI either, just in case the WIFI reception is not long enough or if the internet comes down, then we have a problem Any thoughts?

I believe you can get TCP switch from store, such as Screwfix.

I have used Lightwave switches before I found them to be good and not too expensive, but yes you will need Wi-Fi to operate them. Through the app

Hi, I would advise arranging to get a qualified electrician in to do a assessment on your installation for you, as it may not be just swapping switches.
