What type of paint should I use for my bathroom?

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 2.56 PM

I want to paint my bathroom in a colour called chalk white which is homebase's sanctuary range. I don't know if it is suitable for the bathroom but it is the colour that looks best so I really want to use it! Is there a paint I can use as an undercoat so that it kind of seals the wall and stops moisture getting in and preventing the top coat from flaking? Thank you

Hello. Has your local homebase got a paint mixing station? If so you need to go and ask them to mix it in a bathroom paint which should be moisture resistant. If homebase hasn't got one, take your colour to a local trade paint supplier who should be able to match it for you in eggshell. Hope this helps stephen.
