Can damp proof injection be applied from internal walls?

I have a workshop room extending from my garage. It is situated within inches of the garden fence and the neighbour's shed is within inches on opposite side of fence. This prevents access to external wall on one side. Can the damp proofing be injected from internal wall? Also would a membrane application reinforce the damp proofing? Last question... rough estimate of cost for 2.5m x 3m room to knock off existing plaster, drill and inject cream, apply membrane and replaster. Had 2 quotes for £3600 and £2000. So confused.

Firstly, you probably don’t have rising damp ! It may be injected from either side .
Injection : £35.00 per M but if you do it yourself , £5.00 per m.
Rendering : £100.00 per M 2

Not sure what you mean about a 'membrane'? To treat rising damp (1m high on wall) plaster internally is knocked off to 1.1m high. A silicone damp course injected at the foot of the wall to create a barrier to rising damp/salts being drawn out of the earth. Three layers of very hard render/plaster applied. If the floor is damp then a membrane should be laid on the bare earth before a concrete screed floor is created. If it is penetrating damp (above 1m high) then tanking is applied internally.
