When and how to move power shower during complete bathroom renovation

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.47 PM

Hello everyone, I am in the middle of remodelling my bathroom, doing the demo myself. I have stripped walls and started to take tile off which is bringing the plasterboard with it. I have a powershower on one wall and I want to move it round the corner to another wall. Currently I haven't touched the wall the shower sits on but I have stripped the wall its moving to back to brick. My question is, what order should I move the shower? E.g. 1. Hire someone to remove old shower and isolate the wiring / pipes 2. Demo all walls 3. Plumber to move the shower pipes 4. Electrician to move the wiring 5. Install new walls 6. Electrician install shower I guess I just don't understand how the shower gets installed after I've covered everything with brand new walls. It seems inefficient to me with lots of little call outs but I don't see any other way, experienced advice would be so greatly appreciated. Best, G
