Struggling to get hot water in bathroom, but kitchen is fine

We have a gas boiler and recently our radiators were cleaned out and pressure valves installed. Then we noticed a leak on the boiler and the gas engineer fixed a valve going to the central heating. No more leaks on the boiler, but now we barely get any hot water in the bathroom adjacent to the kitchen where the boiler ia situated, but there is ample hot water in the kitchen. Sometimes there is hot water in the bathroom if the tap is running at a trickle.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Could be that the engineer had not opened the valves on the return properly or the hot water valve on the boiler.

The starting point is understanding your plumbing. You will need top provide a diagram showing how pipes are routed and where valves are as there is insufficient information to go on. For your information, the radiator system is completely isolated from the hot water system and in all cases, hot water to taps (wherever they are) would have priority to heating system (there is a valve in boiler). Some boilers have an eco switch which when OFF, the boiler pre-heats a certain volume running water making it available on demand (immediately). That is what you may be describing when you state that you have some hot water when it is running at a trickle. More info please.

depending what boiler.
could be diverter valve, could be blocked plate to plate heat exchanger.
if you run hot tap and the heating pipes closest to boiler get hot then its the diverter valve.
or there could be a mix of cold and hot water through somthing
