Willow trellis on my fence

My neighbour has a fence in her garden I put willow trellis on the back of my fence she wants me to take it saying it's in her garden and in her boundary my fence and posts are in my garden can she do this

Depends where the actual boundary is for starter. Presuming the willow trellis is within your boundaries and does not exceed 2mt in height there is no reason to take it down. If it exceeds 2mt then you will need planning permission which I guess will be objected to by your neighbour. Hope this helps

Providing the willow trellis stays your side of the fence your neighbor has no grounds to complain. If however it were to lean into her side she would have the right to remove it herself

Anything you wish to do to your side of a neighbour's fence, from adding plant supports such as trellis, to painting it, cannot be carried out without permission. Of course, in the majority of cases no one will object but to remain within the law, you should always seek permission
