My answer would be to employe a different company, one that will send you a quotation (not an estimate) within a few days. I keep all my customers in the loop and always supply a contact number and email address. There are a lot of chancers out there and if the job is not covered on YouTube they will not be interested🥸. Employ a roofer that does not need to look at videos to carry the work out😂.
