Converting 18square metres flat roof in to low pitch roof

Hi If I convert 18square meter roof in low pitch roof so water does not pool up. How steep can I convert with out requiring planing permission. Thank you very much for any assistance

You need planning permission for any higher change of hight .

If you are raising it by more than 200ml I'm sure you need permission
