Stabiliser for mixing slurry, what us it called, and how much should be used?

Hi Thank you for the response from D2 plastering and painting services concerning the damp proofing slurry. Now I need to know what quantity of slurry I should buy and how much stabiliser should be mixed with the slurry before applying on the floor. Your prompt advice is greatly appreciated.
