Upbc door locked position not accessible whilst spindle failure turning freely

UPVC door is in locked position and can’t be opened or accessible given to spindle failure or handle turning round freely 360 degrees whilst euro cylinder lock has been snapped and removed / the door can’t be opened; therefor, please advise as to how the door can be accessible or opened from this locked position explained, above

Call a local locksmith as specific tools are now required to open that failed mechanism. Even if you do open it, what are you going to do from then to secure it again..a locksmith will stock most parts to repair immediately.

There are various ways of manipulation sometimes with the use of spreaders and air bags to open failed mechs

The uPVC multi point locking system will have to be manipulated manually to be opened. Best to call in a Locksmith as further damage could be incurred if you don't have the correct training or experience in this type to entry.

Remove handle and check if there is another spindle hole if not then you can force the original spindle hole to retract mechanism. Failing this you will need to manually retract hooks and rollers by tapping them or remove door from hinges.
