New build patio laid above air bricks.

Hiya guys currently working on a new build property and have got the housing company coming in as they have laid the patio a whole brick above the air bricks on back wall then put a tiny mesh drain with no bottom to in against it. Client has already had water inside property. Just want to confirm this complete breaks building standards

Most definitely against regs, Patio should be at least two course below the damp course PDS

The air brick should be150mm above the ground level, they are way to high they should lower the ground level to fit the patio . Good luck Alex

Definitely too high, the finished patio should be at least 150mm below the damp course
