Copper expansion pipe

I have a copper expansion pipe underneath kitchen window. I do not have gas, electric only. Any idea where it drip is coming from?

You probably have an unvented cylinder providing hot water that needs a service/repair.

do you have an under sink hot water heater, if so get a plumber to look at it.

Is your system pressurised? You Eletric heating may have one.
If you have a water heater under your sink, it could be that.
If your system is gravity, it may be a tank in the loft.
