ajoining brick shed

hi my neighbour as knocked down her side of the ajoining shed but i think she as cowboys doing it i can still see daylight the guy trying to put the fasica on as stuck to bits together then nailed the roof felt hanging over folding it over about 3 times what can i do should i contact my insurance company thank carol

I would speak to your neighbour directly first, see if they can resolve the issue with the tradesmen and maybe it can be put right. You shouldnt have to incur the cost through your insurance as you will most likely have to pay an excess.
