Advice on which best fixing to screw Wedi board to aerated brick

Hi all, This is a follow up from questions I asked earlier https://www.mybuilder.com/questions/v/82501/wedi-board-installation-on-aircrete-wall-and-primers-for-normal-plasterboards I have used adhesive to tile the Wedi board to the aerated brick walll. I now need to screw the board to the wall. Any advice on type of plugs to use for this type of wall please? Can I use normal brown wall plugs with the wedi washers? I initially bought some PLASPLUGS THERMAL BLOCK FIXINGS NYLON from Screwfix but that just leaves a big gaping 15mm diameter hole in the wediboard. Thanks
