Kitchen floor tiles and living room wooden floor are wet after raining

No puddles. Kitchen floor tiles and living room wooden floor are wet after raining. Kitchen tiles have water drips all over (not grouting). Living room floor is wet. How to investigate it and what can I do about it?

If the water drops are on the tiles and not particularly the grout , it’s condensation.

It could be condensation, last time this happened on a job I looked at there was no membrane under the floor, it could possibly be this or a hole/split in the under floor membrane, this answer all depends on age of property recent work done on the area in question etc.
