I’d go with a two pack paint, think of it as an epoxy. Paint and hardener, you’d mix these together with a paddle for 1-2mins then apply to the area you wish to cover. Method of applying, you could pour the mixture straight onto the floor in section’s then have somebody start rolling it out. Make sure the floor is cleaned prior to applying, dust and grease free etc I’d give it a minimum of 3days, depending on temperature, weather etc before being used for traffic. Hope this helps, Ish@Aspect Painting and Decorating

Epoxy Floor Paint: Epoxy paint is a popular choice for industrial floors due to its durability, chemical resistance, and ability to withstand heavy traffic. Look for epoxy paints specifically formulated for high-traffic areas and that offer good adhesion to concrete surfaces. Anti-Slip Properties: Given the occasional wet conditions in the canopy area, it's crucial to prioritize safety and select a paint with anti-slip properties. Look for epoxy paints that incorporate additives like fine aggregates or grit to provide traction and reduce the risk of slips and falls. Chemical Resistance: Since the area may be exposed to chemicals from pallet storage or spills, opt for epoxy paints with excellent chemical resistance. These paints can withstand exposure to oils, solvents, and other substances commonly found in industrial environments. High Build Coating: Considering the heavy-duty activities in the area, a high build coating can provide added protection and durability. High build epoxy coatings are thicker and offer greater impact resistance, making them suitable for areas with forklift and lorry traffic. UV Resistance: If the canopy area is exposed to sunlight, it's important to choose a paint that offers UV resistance. UV-resistant epoxy paints can prevent yellowing or color fading, ensuring a long-lasting finish. Professional Application: To ensure the best possible quality and durability, it's recommended to have the paint applied by professional industrial painters who have experience in working with epoxy coatings and can properly prepare the surface.
