Job unfinished in my back garden and company refusing to get back to me

I paid a company over £3500 to put half a fence up along with some Astro turf they cut the grass to small so covered it with wood also they purchased tools from my money and took tools belonging to me, they have left me now without a garden gate which they smashed up and a big heap of rubbish at my side garden now he hasn’t returned and not taking my calls he’s also blocked me from contacting him and put pictures on his work website making out he done other work in which i paid someone else for costing another £500 is there anyway i can get help with this. If you have everything documented then the small claims court is your best option , however this does not mean that it will be a quick resolution, claims can be a lengthy process and you have to be mentally ready to see it through. All the best and hope you get some answers.

The work carried out sounds totally uneceptable and highly unprofessional. A claims court is the only way forward.

When you start a job you need to talk with the claent the step to do the work , you need to ask take the waste away or not,and not need to pay befor the job is done .

CLAIMS COURT WOULD BE BEST ADVICE ALSO IN FUTURE ASK FOR WRITTEN AGREEMENT OF THE WORK THATS TO BE CARRIED OUT. SIGHNED BY YOURSELF & THE TRADES PERSON CARRYING OUT THE WORK.
