Pilot light going out

Hi! My boiler fires up when turn hot tap on but then goes out almost immediately. But water comes out burning when it does decide to stay on. Also water flow from tap is reduced for some reason Boiler pressure hasn't changed though.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Sounds like the secondary heat exchanger in your boiler is blocked up.
This will need removing and cleaning or a new one installed to rectify your issue.
