What is the best solution in terms of laying marble tiles over an existing tiled (very solid, ceramic) floor?

Please could you advise on tiling with marble over a solid and very level kitchen floor, currently already tiled with ceramic tiles. What is the correct procedure in terms of priming / adhesive. Should I use Latex? Many thanks!

You dont have to latex the floor yiu can tile in tile there is a special adhesive for this, how ever I would latex the floor first this would give you the best result.
