lumbing and drainage checking before buying a second handed end terrace in Ramsbottom

Dear all, want to see if any issue for the plumbing and drainage, and to know if any public drainage in my area. In addition, they have added a downstair toilet, what to see if the piping /drainage ok or not, the pipe is located net to the main door. Sorry for my poor English, may have used the wrong word, it's not my mother language! Many many thanks

Turn everything on and if they work and there’s no leaks and everything soaks away smoothly then they’re ok.

I would look to get a camera survey done on the drainage network, Available through ourselves.
Also a full gas and plumbing inspection with a gas safe certificate issued.
This would be more in-depth and should take a few hours.
